How to help Johnson City small businesses during COVID-19

With the outbreak of COVID-19 and social distancing in full force, Johnson City's small businesses are facing conditions they've never seen.

Many are struggling.

At the same time, many of Johnson City's small businesses are still hustling, trying to create ways to serve customers with methods like curbside carryout, online ordering, and home delivery.

In recent days, area business leaders have a set up a central database with information about area small businesses and the types of help they need to survive. It's called Appalachian Highlands Economic Aid Directory. AHEAD for short.

Once the database is built out, AHEAD will publish information about the businesses in the directory, how they're responding to the crisis, and how local citizens can help them survive.

Please visit www.regionahead.com to list your small business.
